I believe in supporting our bodies with nutrient-dense whole foods, consistent movement, rejuvenating rest and loving self-care. In an often busy and stressful world, it is important that we prioritize our health and wellness. My role as a nutritionist is to listen to your individual wellness goals and health concerns, work with you to develop personalized recommendations using evidence-based research and most importantly support you on your journey.
Outside of my nutrition practice I love to spend time in nature, go traveling, enjoy the company of my friends and family and find new yummy food spots to explore. One of my goals for the future is to spend a year driving to all of the national parks on the mainland in an RV and see more of the beauty our country has to offer!
